I have the best intention when it comes to meditation. Surprisingly, my A-type husband has found a Wayne Dyer meditation that he has been following for quite a while now. I know that creating a meditation practice would be worthwhile for me, but I have yet to find a practice that I can stick to.
I was feeling like I needed remedial help.
I was reading a book I found in my on my bookshelf called “Spiritual Advocate” by Claudia Horwitz. She reassured me:
Each book, teacher, and religious tradition offers different ways to meditate. Experiment until you find something that works for you.
I am still experimenting and I found The Chopra Centre has free meditation podcasts. When I find one that helps me to be still, I know I know I can stick to it.
